The Making Gains in Mental Health and Addictions: The Future is Now Conference invites
you to participate as an exhibitor at their conference being held at the Hyatt Regency Toronto from
November 2 – 4, 2009.
 
The 2009 Making Gains in Mental Health and Addictions conference will provide you with an excellent opportunity to network with delegates from a cross section of disciplines and from all levels of management. An anticipated 300 delegates from across Ontario will include board members, educators, clinicians, community service providers, researchers, public health personnel, government personnel, primary health care providers, traditional healers, health promoters, families and caregivers.

The trade show area will be set up with fifteen 8-foot draped tables. Reservations for tables will be accepted in order of receipt. Cost per table:

Electrical Requirements
All electrical requirements are to be ordered through the electrical company and will be at the exhibitor’s cost. An order form will accompany your confirmation package. For our records, if you are intending to order an electrical outlet, please check the appropriate box on the reservation form.
